The newly planned project in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district of Berlin is divided into 3 building plots and includes office, retail, theater, gastronomy, fitness, hotel, conference, exhibition and a daycare center with a gross floor area of approx. 120,000 m².
The aim of the ongoing construction project is the comprehensive revitalization of the Ku'damm-Karree, in which the creation of approx. 96,000 m² of rentable space (excluding roof terrace areas of approx. 10,000 m²) is planned by means of new buildings and the conversion and refurbishment of parts of the existing building structure, including the high-rise building.
In addition to opening up the interior of the block and creating a spacious, public town square, the urban development objective is to link the pathways and create a new passageway.
