D4 - Urban mining hub

The D4 project in Saarbrücken-Güdingen includes the creation of an urban mining hub in partial areas of the property. This will serve as a central storage hub for our dismantled and reused building materials.

The remaining space can be rented by trade and construction companies. The aim is to establish a competence center for sustainable construction, where theory and practice meet and the symbiosis drives forward the transformation of the circular economy in the construction industry.
