Conversion and renovation of a former health clinic with kindergarten, gym and park. 
The former mother-and-child clinic with its various building sections is being transformed into a new quarter and center of attraction at the entrance to the town. The spacious site is and will remain a defining element, and its excellent location will continue to make it an eye-catcher in the region.
A mixed quarter of residential space and commercial infrastructure with a partial medical focus is being created here.
