Rethinking and revitalizing
Revitalization of a shopping center in a listed building complex in the city center of Lübeck. The aim of the project is to make the entire property more attractive through a mix of working, shopping and spending time there. In the first construction phase, new and modern workplaces were created for the city administration of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck on around 7,000 m². In the second construction phase, former office space will be converted into apartments.
