Construction of a new hotel

A new hotel is being built in Xanten. Peko rebuilding acts as the general contractor in the shell and interior fit-out. Together with the client, XAR Hotel GmbH, and other project participants such as Casademont Architekten and Bartruff GmbH, we have succeeded in getting another project off the ground. The hotel is expected to open its doors at the end of 2025/beginning of 2026.
